Welcome to 180 Think Media (hereinafter, "the Agency"). By using our website, SaaS platform, and WhatsApp automation services (hereinafter, "the Services"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

We provide an AI-driven sales automation SaaS platform connected to Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and an intelligent CRM system. The Agency reserves the right to modify or suspend the Services at any time with prior notice.

2. Registration and Account Security

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in accordance with Meta's policies for the WhatsApp Business API and Google's policies for the Calendar API. Use of the Service is not permitted for:

  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam).
  • Transmitting illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including software, specialized AI models, and design, is the property of 180 Think Media or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and catalogs you upload to the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Agency is not responsible for answers generated by AI models (Mary AI), nor does it guarantee specific sales results. You are responsible for supervising the configured automations.

6. Payments and Cancellation

Services are billed according to the selected plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be made for partial billing periods.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Agency's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts corresponding to the Agency's main place of operation.

8. Modification of Terms

The Agency may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Bienvenido a 180 Think Media (en adelante, "la Agencia"). Al utilizar nuestro sitio web, plataforma SaaS y servicios de automatización de WhatsApp (en adelante, "los Servicios"), usted acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones.

1. Descripción del Servicio

Proporcionamos una plataforma SaaS de automatización de ventas impulsada por IA conectada a la API oficial de WhatsApp Business de Meta y un sistema CRM inteligente. La Agencia se reserva el derecho de modificar o suspender los Servicios en cualquier momento con previo aviso.

2. Registro y Seguridad de la Cuenta

Como usuario, usted es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de su cuenta y contraseña. Usted acepta notificar de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

3. Uso Aceptable

Usted acepta utilizar los Servicios de acuerdo con las políticas de Meta para la API de WhatsApp Business y las políticas de Google para la API de Calendar. No se permite el uso del Servicio para:

  • Enviar mensajes no solicitados (spam).
  • Transmitir contenido ilegal, ofensivo o engañoso.
  • Interferir con la integridad o el rendimiento del Servicio.

4. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido de la plataforma, incluyendo el software, los modelos de IA especializados y el diseño, es propiedad de 180 Think Media o sus licenciantes. Usted conserva la propiedad de los datos y catálogos que suba a la plataforma.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

La Agencia no se hace responsable de las respuestas generadas por los modelos de IA (Mary AI), ni garantiza resultados de ventas específicos. Usted es responsable de supervisar las automatizaciones configuradas.

6. Pagos y Cancelación

Los servicios se facturan de acuerdo con el plan seleccionado. Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento. No se realizarán reembolsos por períodos de facturación parciales.

7. Ley Aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes vigentes en la jurisdicción de la Agencia (Ciudad de México, México). Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales correspondientes a la plaza de operación principal de la Agencia.

8. Modificación de los Términos

La Agencia puede actualizar estos Términos de Servicio en cualquier momento. Su uso continuado del Servicio después de dichos cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
